1. Learn how to pop a pimple safely and properly. If you do pop a spot then clean immediately with soap and water or rubbing alcohol in order to prevent infection.
2. Remove any make-up you have on. Wearing make-up can clog pores, making them dirty and causing pimples.
3. Get some sleep preferably 8 hours a day. Stress increases your skin’s oiliness, which, combined with sweat and dirt, can clog pores and cause pimples.
4. Drink plenty of water. Staying well hydrated can help your condition improve because the waste management, control your system in your body requires a lot of water to do its job. Without enough water, the body has difficulty removing waste products efficiently.
5. Use toners that contain antibacterial agents like alcohol, peroxide and benzalkonium chloride, and creams that contain benzoyl peroxide, which kill bacteria as well as cause the skin to regenerate faster. One cause of spots is bacteria in pores.
6. Consult a dermatologist. Your doctor knows which pill they are prescribing. There are some over-the-counter remedies do not work. They specialize in skin care and can prescribe you medicines that help you improve it.

A sore and itchy eye could signal infection, allergy or injury. It can be so irritating to the extent thatour works, social life and sleeping condition are disturbed. Some may experience pain in eyelid.
This could form a boil or an eye swelling which is caused by frequent huge spent of hours working until late night making the eyes exhausted and tired. Some may be allergic reactions due to an exposure to dust, sun and many others. There are some tips and tricks to know to keep your eyes remain healthy. It is also important to know some preventive measures. Eye problems should be treated immediately in order not to get infected or before the condition becomes worst.
How to Treat an Itchy Eye
1. Don’t rub your eyes if you feel itchy. It will be irritated and will worsen if you keep rubbing your eyes.
2. Rinse out your eyes with cool water. This would give some relief of itchiness by washing out foreign bodies that caused the itch. Putting cold compress over both eyes by using wet washcloths is another option.
3. Over-the-counter eye drops such as artificial tears may help reduce itching and soreness. Put adrop or two in each eye. Follow the directions regarding the frequency listed on the bottle.
4. Take a break from works, TV or computer. Looking at computer screen all day can cause a sore eye. Taking periodic breaks may help.

To avoid complication, it is important to know how to prevent gastritis and treat it:
1. Stop long term use of alcohol, tobacco, acidic beverages such as coffee ( both caffeinated and decaffeinated), carbonated beverages, and fruit juices with citric acid. Avoiding these substances completely may prevent and cure gastritis.
2. Fiber-rich foods may not only cut the risk of developing ulcers in half, but it may also help speed the healing of ulcers. Fruits and Vegetables are protective sources of fiber and reduce the amount of inflammation in the lining of the stomach.
3. Your doctor may prescribe medications including antacids , acid blockers and other drugs that may relieve the symptoms and reduce stomach acid secretion that helps protect against or treat ulcers.

Vertigo occurs when you feel that your surroundings are spinning or your head is spinning.
This is manifested by a dizzy feeling when you move your head, lie down or sit up.
This type of vertigo is a benign paroxysmal positional vertigo (BPPV) which is the most common diagnosis which cause vertigo. However, there are other common causes such as labyrinthitis and meniere’s disease of vertigo and each has its own methods of prevention and treatment to alleviate the dizziness.
How to Treat Vertigo
1.Consult a doctor to determine what type of vertigo do you have. The doctor will make you undergo a series of test.
2. Therapeutic exercises at home should be performed as directed by doctor.
3. Conduct an eye exercise by looking up and down, side-to-side, and from near to far. Move your head to the front and back and turn it from side to side beginning slowly and building up speed. Bend at the waist to touch the floor and twist from left to right. Shrug your shoulders and move them in a circular motion.

How to Relieve Stiff Neck

It’s an uncomfortable to suffer from stiff neck because movement is greatly reduced. A feeling of discomfort could be an obstruction and may make your regular activities or important work assignments harder. Common causes for stiff neck are wrong posture in sleeping, long drives, working long hours at the computer and stress.
How to relieve stiff neck to avoid discomfort? There are many ways to prevent and treat it.

1. Use pillow. Use at least one pillow to avoid unnecessary neck strain. Without a pillow, your neck will have to work extra hard to support the weight of your head, which put severe strain in your muscles.
2. Don’t sleep with more than two pillows. Filing up too high using more than two pillows and then trying to sleep on top of all of them will cause a stress imbalance between your neck and the spine that could throw your neck vertebrae out of alignment.
3. Choose Pillow that’s supportive. Pillows are not equal. The best pillow for preventing a stiff neck while sleeping are those of medium firmness, with new, plump stuffing that still has some bounce to it.
4. Avoid Stress. Stress does have physical impact on your body and especially your neck. Though it may be impossible to avoid stress, but it is possible to learn how to prevent negative response that will lead to stiff neck. It is your reaction based on perception of the situation.

People get burned from sun, radiation, heat and fire can be a very painful experience. Burns vary depending on the severity. It is categorized into three degrees – first degree being the least serious and third being the most critical. It is important to have knowledge on how to treat burns because accidents happen sometimes and cannot be avoided. Burns worsens quickly if not treated. To know some tips on how to treat burns will help you a lot from causing further damage that may lead to serious problems:
1. Dont panic. You have to think calm and do your job to cope with the pain.
2. Knowledge of three degrees burn is an advantage because you have an idea of the severity of the burns and the complication that could result in serious consequences. First degree burn is mild. Sunburn is a very good example. Second degree burn, boiling water and blister-causing oven are very good examples. Third degree burn is when there is prolong exposure to incredible amount of heat like house and car fires.
3. Over the counter pain relievers can help ease pain. Apply aloe vera ointment, fresh aloe vera if you have some, or a commercial burn cream.
4. Cool the burn area to prevent further damage which could lower the temperature of the skin. Run cool, not cold, water over burned area for at least 15 minutes.
5. Place a dry gauze bandage over the burn and attach it to the healthy skin with medical tape. Change this dressing every day at least once and after every time it gets wet. Keep free of dirt, and away from direct sunlight.
6. Seek Doctor or go to hospital right away if you have third degree burn.

Knowing how to treat and prevent dandruff is important. Having dandruff could be a blow to your self-confidence and self-esteem. It can be an embarrassing moment when notice by others especially in an office setting. Wearing dark clothes could make the dandruffs more visible. The true causes of dandruff cannot be determined. Some researchers believe that dandruff is caused by a yeast. Here are the some ways on how to treat dandruff and prevent it from coming back:
1. Use over- the- counter shampoo with dandruff treatment. Look for a shampoo that contain some or all of these ingredients of Tar, Salicylic acid, Zinc, Selenium sulfide and Ketoconazole. Apply this faithfully by following the guidelines outlined in the label of the products.
2. Massage your scalp thoroughly when shampooing so that dead skin cells are removed. Be sure to allow to leave the shampoo on at least five minutes – this allow the ingredients time to work.
3. Tea Tree Oil. Shampooing daily with Tea Tree Oil is also a therapy that seems effective. Tea tree oil, which is extracted from the leaves of the Australian tea tree (Melaleuca alternifolia). It hasbeen used for centuries as an antiseptic, antibiotic and antifungal agent. It’s now included in a number of shampoos found in natural foods stores.
4. Consult a doctor . If the over-the- counter shampoo does not work and dandruff still persist or there is only little progress in the condition, you should consult your physician or dermatologist because they are in the right position to prescribe extra-strength shampoo or cream that might effectively treat dandruff
5. Lifestyle changes and home remedies. Stress can help trigger dandruff, you must learn how to manage stress. Another way would be to cut back on styling products, hair sprays, styling gels, mousses and hair waxes can all build up on your hair and scalp, making them oilier. Eat healthy diet that provides enough zinc, B vitamins and essential fatty acid may help prevent dandruff.
How to Treat Constipation

Constipation could be caused by digestive disorders such as irritable bowel syndrome, colon cancer, colitis, Crohn’s disease or diverticulitis. A hard stool, small pass or bloated feelings, bowel movement fewer than three time per week are symptoms of constipation. This condition affects a number of people. Tips on how to treat constipation and prevent it:
1. Drink water (at least 6-8 glasses) everyday. Drinking lots of liquids could alleviate the symptoms of constipation. It is more difficult to pass when intestine lack proper hydration because stool may get hard and dry.
2. Stimulate bowels by drinking hot water, tea or coffee. Take a glass of warm milk when going to bed with ghee in it helps also relieving constipation. Ghee pertains to clarified butter without any solid milk particles or water which popular in India and other parts of Asia. Hot beverages, especially ones containing caffeine, may help stimulate.
3. Avoid eating rice, lot of spices, fried and frozen foods, beans, legumes, grams, cabbages,mushrooms and foods, which are hard to digest foods.
4. Lack of physical exercise may cause constipation. Digestion is enhanced when the abdominal muscles are used. The contraction and relaxation of the muscles help the intestines to effectively move stools through the digestive tract. How to Treat Sinusitis Problems

Sinus problems – sinusitis – are all too common for many people. How to treat sinusitis problems is a concern that plague most of us. Nasal congestion, severe pain across the nose and checks and behind the eyes as well as headaches are symptoms of sinusitis. Other common symptoms include bad breath, a cough that produces mucus, fever, pain in your teeth, and reduced sense of taste or smell. This is usually occurs when exposed to air pollution, smoke, change of climate (cold weather) or swimming in a contaminated water. There are numerous ways to help relieve and treat sinusitis even at home.
1.Drink plenty of fluid to help your mucus become thin.
2. Oral medication. Try over-the-counter pain relievers and decongestant pills (nonprescription medications ex. nasal spray) to help relieve the pain and pressure in your head and face. Sinusitis could be caused by bacterial infection which can be treated with antibiotics. This medication should be with doctor’s prescription.
3. Apply moist heat (using a hot, damp towel or gel pack) to your face for 5 to 10 minutes, several times a day.
4. Use saltwater nasal washes (saline lavage or irrigation) to help keep the nasal passages open and wash out mucus and bacteria.
5. If you need to blow your nose, do it gently. Forceful blowing may force thick mucus back into your sinuses and block them. Keep both nostrils open when blowing your nose.
6. Breathe warm, moist air from a steamy shower, a hot bath, or a sink filled with hot water.
7. Surgical treatment. If you have taken antibiotics and other medicines for a long time but still
sinusitis persist you may need surgery. In addition, if the infection is likely to spread or if you have other problems, such as a growth (polyp) blocking the nasal passage you may require surgery.
